This series of products are suitable for the non-mining working area in underground mine or where there are the explosive gas mixture in factories.
Construction Features
1 .Motor flameproof structure with Exdi Mb, ExdlIAT4Gb,ExdlIBT4Gb. ExdiMb suitable for underground mine in methane or coal dust explosive mixture of non face environment; ExdlIAT4Gb, ExdIIBT4Gb for II class A or II class B, temperature T1, T2 respectively, T3 and T4 explosive mixture of environment.
2. The main body of the motor shell protection class Ip65.
3. Cooling mode motor Ic411.
4. Insulation class the motor is F, the stator winding temperature rise of large, long life.
5. The motor has a cylindrical shaft extension, by coupling or gear transmission.
6. Motor stator winding adopts high strength polyester enameled round copper wire,and the VPI vacuum pressure impregnation treatment as a whole, winding and insulation has good electrical, mechanical, moisture resistance and thermal stability.
7. the motor rotor structure, with cast aluminum rotor by the dynamic balance checking,motor running balance, small vibration, low noise.
8. The stator, rotor punching sheet with high magnetic, low loss, high quality electrical steel sheet, low loss, high efficiency motor.
9. The motor bearing selection of motor for low vibration, low noise bearing, frame size132and below the double sealed bearing, the shaft extension end is provided with a wave spring washers , with moderate pressure on the bearing , effectively.
